The very spacious appartement is located in a quiet, save neighborhood. The hostess is living next door and the trees and plants in the garden which is guarded by a magnificent rooster with his hens gave us a homey feeling. Internet has a good and fast connection and there are a lot of TV channels activated. The local power-cuts are covered with a hotspot and gas cooking. All the daily needs can be covered within a walking distance and the basics like water, cooking oil, pasta, rice, cornflakes and even small goodies are provided by the hostess. She is very aware to give you the best time and has a lot of knowledge about not only this area and its economical connections, is always up for a good talk and gave us a warm and caring feeling. Thank you again!

Welcome to Busisiwe's RM Home, a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom single storey home situated within a shared property/yard. This home is located at the intersection of Lusaka and the beginning of the Lilayi/Kafue District, which is a middle to high-income residential and farming community. This area has evolved from small-scale farming blocks, into residential properties. The area is newly developed, therefore some services and properties still under development/construction. Our home is situated on an inner dirt road, less than 80 meters from a tarred road. The Lusaka Apex Medical University is 300 meters away, the Lusaka National Park is within a 5kms radius. The central business district (CBD) is 8 kms away, and the Kenneth Kaunda International Airport is 25 kms away. Our home is a serene environment. During your stay, you can expect to hear wild bird sounds, occasional barking of neighbourhood dogs and a crowing rooster, all of which add to the natural ambiance. The 2023/2024 rainy season has arrived, bringing with it occasional electricity supply interruptions. The duration of these interruptions varies, typically lasting only minutes to a few hours, depending on the nature of the fault. Currently, we do not have a backup electricity system in place, as the interruptions are not causing significant inconvenience at this time. We look forward to hosting you.
