We love the kayaks, canoes that are easily available on the beach. We love the history of the main lodge. The size of the room was great, we stayed at Bayshore on the beach, lovely view. We had dinner at Eclipse, it was the summer buffet, price was good but food was average. We also ordered desserts at Compass, the dessert was great, but the portions were small.

The room was beautiful and the bed was soooo comfy! The gentleman that checked me in was very kind. I love that there is a restaurant on site which also had great food and excellent service. I was on a motorcycle trip and was pretty tired at the end of the day so it was nice not having to leave the property to get dinner after a long day.

Algonquin Park is only 30 mins away. Both Huntsville town and Muskoka are close by. The property is super clean and very well maintained. Lake views are breathtaking. There are free boats that you use. There are fire-pits and BBQs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. Highly recommended!
