The staff was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is spotless. The breakfast very good. the option to purchase and have dinner at the hotel restaurant was very convenient. The dinner was excellent. You can tell they care for presentation as well as taste. I would go again!

(not many other hotels have done this in Switzerland.) we were able to store our bikes in a secure place. lovely helpful staff and an excellent dinner and breakfast too. just what we needed and wanted after long bike trip.

I tried to contact the owner and he try to manage and call plumber to stop the water. It was dinner time and we could not use kitchen when we needed the most. So the money we paid for 1 night it was not worth. The Host did not consider anything about the situation and he should have refund some of the amount. I send him the photo as well for him to see the mess.
