My room on the 4th floor was cozy, bright and big enough for my stay (but you have to be skinny for the narrow shower). The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. From Lucerne main station it’s ten minutes max.

Room was facing inner courtyard and was quiet. Location was excellent - literally walking distance to many places - 5 minutes to main train station, 3 minutes to chapel bridge, 8 minutes to old town and lake. Highly recommended.
