Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Good breakfast. Our traindelays made us arrving after official check in time but as we called that was no problem, they helped to find a very nice restaurang and was very helpful

If you are coming from the centre of Switzerland during the winter, make sure to bring snow chains or drive a 4x4, because this hotel is over the Berninapass. The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke more than enough English for us to get by. When we arrived we were advised to book dinner in the restaurant and weren't disappointed. We had a great meal and were looked after by a very friendly and helpful waitress. 10/10 would stay here again when we come back to Switzerland.

Location is great too and i did not hear any noise. Their restaurant which is in the opposite street is fantastic for the dinner. Very delicious food. I do wish to have a bigger bathroom as shower cube is so tiny and insufficiently light in the bathroom.

Both the hotel and the dependence are beautifully-restored historic buildings in the center of the village. We stayed in the dependance, which is around the corner (next to the Hotel Suisse). The room was large and impeccably clean with comfortable beds. Bathroom was and modern. There are common spaces on the second and third floor, which would come in handy for an extended stay (sort of like a lobby area). Breakfast was wonderful! We also had dinner in the hotel which was very good.

Staff exceptionally friendly and accommodating, clean and comfy rooms, excellent restaurant with a very enjoyable and green garden terrace in summer, serving local delicious products for breakfast and dinner. Free parking was very useful and always available. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Val Poschiavo.
