Just off the main road and close to the Mosel. Main Koblenz - Trier railway line at the front of the hotel will not be to everybody's taste, but fine for me. Breakfast was good, host friendly and helpful. Local restaurant good and well worth a visit in the evening.

The location is great. It is in the heart of the old town and nearby is the bus station and the main train station. The room is clean and the facilities are comfortable. It's easy to contact with Pension Romantika and they give the detailed information and tips for your stay. I definitely book it again when having a chance to come back this beautiful Cochem region.

I enjoyed everything about my stay! The town is beyond lovely, the apartment is located next to the castle and the building itself is built in the beginning of 18th century. It was indeed what I dreamt of - the window, the furniture and the overall vibe of an old house which has probably seen a lot (and nonetheless is very well maintained). The owner is a lovely woman, she was always in touch and ready to help. Cochem and this lovely apartment are greatly missed!

Location was walking distance into town for walk about and dinner. Walking down the street, beside the river was incredible. Host and hostess were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was more than adequate!! Will stay here whenever I am back in the area! Pension Schneider deserves 10 stars or a platinum rating!

We initially chose this hotel for a one-night-stay but ended up spending two nights. The building is older but well maintained and had updated bathrooms. Unfortunately no A/C but due to the hotel being located in a tight valley there is lots of shade and therefore our room was comfortable even though temps were around 30°C outside. Breakfast was plentiful and in a nice setting. The restaurant served A+ dinner and the waiters were very attentive.

Excellent pension/guest house centrally located on the way to the Castle in Cochem. The owner is friendly and very welcoming and local to the area so can recommend things to do. The room I was given was spacious and had the facilities that I needed. Breakfasts are very plentiful and lots of selection. You can request different things as needed. You'll arrive as a guest and leave as a friend.
