I arrived at the hotel at 21:30 as i wanted to book a hotel with a restaurant and bar! I was greeted by a very rude member of staff who muttered at me in German! I am not fluent in German and we she took my payment, gave me the key and pointed up the stairs! When i asked if i could book a simple meal and get a drink i was told the bar and restaurant was closed despite the fact it states that they are open until 22:00 hrs. The room was very basic also! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Nice place in a nice surrounding. Did not expect to sign a contract and pay a 100€ deposit, that's why I booked with booking.com no? But anyways, the property is very nice. The owner seems to be 100% business, not much small talk but that's ok. Sights are easy to reach from there, you are in Neuschwanstein within 45 minutes or in the next city in 10 minutes. Lots of stuff to do.

Parking was along side building with plenty of space available. Excellent location. We had dinner at their restaurant and everything was excellent! The staff found out that my wife and I were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and the next morning when we entered the breakfast room they had a table reserved for us. The breakfast was excellent. All items were fresh and there was a wide selection. The coffee was delicious and the service was fantastic. The parking was ideal, and we felt safe where our car was parked. The locations was great and we enjoyed parking then walking to the old town for dinner and exploration. The hotel staff was so very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Indirect light from hair blower in bathroom for easier access at night. Dogs permitted at 12€ cleaning charge/ night. Fantastic breakfast buffet. About 8 kinds of nut/nougat spreads. Quite amazing to have so much choice. Modern cozy breakfast room interior. Homemade jams to try. Fruit salad with real fruits not canned ones. Due to being a bit away from city center, the hotel has its own restaurant, which is great for dinners.
