Nothing. I arrived and even though paid in full for a room none was available. Sent me to a room with another guests items in it. Waited for 30 minutes to check in and only got confirmation a room in another guest house 2 hours later. Really really poor.

Excellent location and the most helpful staff I have encountered whilst staying in a hotel. From check inn, bar staff and breakfast staff, we were made to feel welcome.

The location was great, close to the central bus station with connections to both airports, as well as to the train station. There are many restaurants around to have dinner/lunch and the cafe they recommend for breakfast has a good variety of meals at affordable prices

Best anniversary stay we've had. We booked the family room as our daughter (5) joined us. She was thrilled to stay in a castle. Wife loved the spa and it's facilities. We tried the heated pool and jacuzzi. Ate a delicious supper at the Cultra Inn, a gastro pub on the estate. The estate is located 15min away from Belfast central and there's a train station 2 minutes from the hotel. So much more we loved - definitely worth it!

The staff were nice, the location was good. The room was clean. Breakfast options were very good. The dinner food (with limited menu) was very nice! The waitress from Slovakia is a very helpful and nice lady!

The building and the grounds are magical. The bar and surrounding area has a nice relaxing vibe. Just a short walk down through a lovely garden and you're at the Cultra Inn where you'll get a great feed and an even better pint of Guinness! The staff in this hotel are first class from start to finish... Can't wait for our next stay 👍

The owner was helpful. She came to the guest house to open the door and she gave me information about the city. The guesthouse is located in West Belfast, nearby the murals. I didn't use it but there is a kitchen and a washing machine for guests.
