Good breakfast selection, very clean and comfortable room and even though it was in the basement with no view, it was spotless and spacious. So close to the beach and town, great location. We ate dinner at Shelter Hall and walked along the seafront and back to bed within 10 minutes!

We did not expect quite the level of love for dogs this hotel has. It was great. Staff were helpful. Comfortable beds, good shower pressure too. Thought breakfast might be a let down as it was self-service but it wasn't. One can get a freshly cooked omelette or poached eggs. Dinner in the hotel dining room was good too.

It’s only a small guest house with no lift possibly unsuitable for those with mobility issues:disabilities Room too small rather cramped in space but despite this had everything you would expect from a guest room everything close by east Wi-Fi access maybe avoid this guesthouse if you want or need larger space very convienely location for all Brighton shops, cafes, attractions

The guest house itself is a lovely, boutique space above a garden cafe. Beautifully decorated in a kind of retro way, while also having very modern facilities like the bathroom. Staff very happy to help, which made my stay so much easier. The location is buzzing in the centre of town, with a host of great places to eat and drink nearby (and downstairs).

This Guest house was perfect in every way.. extremely clean, everyone was friendly and helpful, huge bed and so comfortable I had the best nights sleep I've had for a long time! Bathroom was spotless and fantastic shower! It's in a super location ..near the lanes and many places to eat breakfast and dinner. We will only be using this guesthouse now when we return to Brighton. Highly recommend Cappadocia.
