I have been coming to the old mill the last few years. Its like being at home for me .Mark and his team make me want to come again. Nothing is impossible. The food is fantastic. Breakfast, evening meal every wish is made. It's like a big family atmosphere here. I look forward everytime I come and always a warm welcome from Katie on the reception. If its checking in or checking out always a lovely smile on her face. The best hotel to stay and eat in Coventry.

Room was great and very quirky. The food was excellent at dinner and pretty good at breakfast. The venue is gorgeous and the staff superb. It rained the entire time, so we hung in the bar, which was great.

It was cosy unfortunately it’s going through lots of renovations and the restaurant has been moved to a different location. Plus with the rain we had to walk in the rain to the restaurant for dinner.

The staff were amazing. Mark on reception and the lady whose name I don't know. Mark, the manager, is friendly and helpful. The bar and hotel rooms were spotless. The parking was great. I am suffering from cancer, and Mark helped my husband carry our bags to our room 27. We were there for 6 days. Christmas Dinner was, without exception, the best we have ever had, and we have had a few away from home. I can not recommend the hotel/bar more
