The staff at the Angel Inn was outstanding. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the surrounding area was so peaceful and beautiful. We will definitely be staying here when we return to England.

The room was clean and tidy, and had everything I needed for a weekend break. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel. There was a good choice on the menu and the food was hot and tasty when it arrived. There was live entertainment (drag artist) on the Friday evening and although it wasn't to my taste it was obviously very popular with some customers.

Staff very friendly, literally nothing was too much trouble. Family bedroom had everything you need, bathroom had bath as well as a separate shower. Big car park and a large garden area with seating. It was my birthday and I found a large helium balloon and a birthday card in our room. That has never happened to me before and I have travelled extensively. Great breakfast and comfortable beds. The proprietor Joss and her team were very helpful with suggestions as to what to do and tips about getting there. They also booked dinner in the local pub for us. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately my daughter was ill while we travelled and they could do enough to make sure that she was ok and comfortable.
