We stayed at the hotel and also booked a family function - the staff were extremely helpful and it was even better than anticipated. I have seen negative comments about the hotel desk not being manned at all times but the staff went out of their way to ensure we knew when they were leaving and asking if we needed anything. The area is so peaceful - we loved sitting on the terrace listening to the birdsong.

This is a great place to stay. The staff we really friendly and welcoming. Room and bathroom were very clean, comfy bed, strong shower, good quality TV. I would highly recommend this place.
