The Full English Breakfast was exceptional. They also had other options free of charge as well. Very friendly staff and super clean, large, well kept room with plenty to offer. Pub downstairs was great as well. 11/10.

A marvellous welcome with Tea, Biscuits and Cake, Lovely views across the bay. Everything you could ever need in a room plus a lot of extras. Fresh immaculately make bed and spotless Bathroom. Quality Breakfast in a very relaxed Dinning room again looking over the Bay. The Broadwater Guest House surpassed our expectations, and we are looking forward to visiting again.
