Very clean and comfortable room right in the middle of town. I liked that the rooms were on ground level, so no dragging large suitcases upstairs. The welcoming staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was in another location 2 mins away that was very good too, the staff there were friendly and efficient. I would recommend and stay again when in the area.

Excellent breakfast in the morning which set us up for the day to the extent that we did not eat again until dinner in the evening. Very good facilities in the bedrooms with real coffee and complimentary bottled water. The real ale in the bar was also kept in excellent condition. We will definitely book here again if we are going to the Poole area.
