This is a beautiful old inn, built in 1719. The bedroom was newly refurbished and had everything needed. The bed was very comfortable. The fresh milk available in the fidge in the corridor was very welcome. The food was lovely and very reasonably priced. The staff were helpful and friendly. What else can I say?

Location was great. it was also nice to have restaurant on site and the staff accommodated us for dinner without needing a reservation well in advance. Food was amazing!

We stayed in room 18 on the top floor, which was beautiful and very comfortable. An excellent combination of traditional with a modern twist. The food was excellent, especially the breakfast. We stayed in room 17 which was on the top floor and had beautiful views of the lake. All in all, our stay was everything we could have wished for and we will definitely be back.
