Clean and comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff and fantastic food. We travelled from London for a wedding and I did not realise that check-in was at 5 pm (my fault, i didn't read the details) - so we needed somewhere to get ready! Staff let us into the room 4 hours early to get ready at no extra cost! Very greatful and a lovely stay had all round.

Fresh milk, Nespresso and free beer in the room was great, provision of dry robes was a good and unexpected touch.

It was very comfortable and the staff were great especially Amy who checked us in and booked us in for breakfast (which was delicious) with lots of choice and was also there for dinner. We ate both nights, food was lovely with a good choice. Our first time in Porthleven, we wanted a base to explore the south and we liked the look of the place, took a chance and were not disappointed.

We arrived just after 4pm and were quickly checked in and shown to our spacious hotel room on the second floor. We were also offered the option to book dinner which I'd highly recommend doing as we had a fantastic meal later in the night. Breakfast was amazing the next morning too. Our room was comfortable and quiet and we really enjoyed our stay. All of the staff were so friendly.

The views were amazing and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was also very nice and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.
