Everything. But specially the crew, all very nice. We really feel to be home and cosy. The pub is very quiet and the food is good. Great to watch a football game after a long day of walks in Kew Gardens or Richmond Park. We love it.

Greeted promptly upon arrive, was able to check in early Spacious, beautiful room really exceeded my expectations , earlier photos shown reflected a dormitory style room Neighborhood sublime, just sat there having breakfast watching the entire neighborhood pass by to school, quite tranquil.. Location fabulous, so close to Thames, neat restaurant area as well as Duke of Northumberland home Husband went downstairs to pub for a nightcap, loved the setup..

Our smaller room was just big enough but so beautifully fitted out and so well thought out that we were totally impressed and happy there. Loved the brilliant shower and fog free mirror! The staff in the pub are all super friendly and the food was very very good. We were really glad we couldn't fit into the family home so we got a chance to experience this all round lovely venue.

There were queues to get our hot beverages from only two dispensers. We had one evening dinner and waited rather a long time for our meal to arrive once ordered and the restaurant was far from busy.
