What fantastic and kind hosts! The George inn was something out of history and the couple running the inn joined us for wine while we had dinner. Lovely company! Great stop for hiking along the Dale's way.

The Coach House offers 7 superbly appointed rooms with superb views over the oldest part of Skipton less than one minutes' walk from the busy High Street. The very finest accommodation to suit both the corporate guest and those escaping for that special weekend away.

Lucy was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I stayed in room 13, which had a roof window overlooking the stunning holy trinity church and the surrounding countryside. The room was romantically decorated with a country flair, and it was very spacious. The bed was comfortable, and the room had a TV, Wi-Fi, and a kettle

I really enjoyed my first visit to The Railway, will be returning again in the future for certain. Carol, the Landlady was such a nice person and made me feel very welcome. Excellent food both for breakfast and dinner. My room was very clean, warm and cosy. It was a nice place to come back to after walking the Ribble Way.

We'd been to the Woolly Sheep before for drinks and meals, always really good, but this was the first time we'd stayed. Had two nights there and really enjoyed it. The staff are great, locals friendly, room comfy and well thought out. And the food at dinner and breakfast was excellent.

We had a fantastic stay at the Tempest Arms. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well equipped. The pub is homely and welcoming. We had a lovely dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. The service from all the staff couldn’t be faulty. I would highly recommend a visit.

First I would like to thank Debbie our host. We travelled for the Christmas market, which was a little disappointing as it wasn't that much in the way of a Christmas market, but our stay, at our guest house made up for that providing us with a much needed rest. The place was wonderfully clean, rooms exceptionally clean an cozy. Breakfast wonderful everything you could ask for, cereals, yogurts, cooked breakfast an coming to the table hot, tea coffee an juice an to finish toast.
