The staff went over and under to satisfy our needs and in every interaction I felt genuine interest in my wellbeing as a guest. Everyone was open, friendly, understanding and so sweet, nice and precious towards us.

    Location was perfect for me. Good transport links. Used the communal kitchen (which was very clean) to make some dinner rather than have a take away. Check in process was simple & fast. Good shower, nice towels, room was warm and the windows worked (I like airflow when I sleep) Also plenty of plugs in my room some with USB ports.

    We were here for a Christmas dinner a group of 20 and we stayed the night. I must say the food was exceptional probably the best service and presentation for Christmas. The pre drink and canapés on arrival were a lovely treat. DJ was ok I found the room way too small but didn’t impact on our evening. Staff on reception very friendly especially the gentleman. Lovely bar area for pre dinner drinks. We will definately visit again.

    Great location. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was excellent. I also ate in the pub for dinner and the food was really good. Recommend the fish n chips.

    On arrival I was gifted an upgrade to a Suite which was very kind and a wonderful surprise. My room was large, two storey, comfy bed, shower and bath. Amazing! All staff were kind, efficient and friendly. Dinner was exceptional. The duck was cooked with perfection.

    Delicious food, my taste buds went crazy, I haven't had such a great dinner for a long time, and the dessert is crazy, its taste is incredibly delicious.Nice surroundings, nicely lit at night, romantic atmosphere for a walk for two.

    Loved the room we were in - we had the superior room which was as very spacious and relaxing. The food was delicious for both breakfast and dinner, so worth it. A great variety of spa facilities to explore.
