Friendly welcome on arrival. The site is on the quieter side of Looe which suited us. There was a ferry to cross over right by the Inn. Both the public rooms and our room were decorated to a high standard - especially as it is a 16th century building. Huge bedroom., with en suite , a sofa and ample storage. Breakfast was freshly cooked and really great. Hope to return sometime soon..

Dolphin Guest House is a true gem of a place: welcoming, comfortable, great location. Andrew and Stephanie are the perfect hosts and have created a cosy oasis right in the middle of bustling Looe. Exceptionally clean room and bathroom, wonderful room with fantastic facilities and an incredibly comfortable bed; amazing attention to detail, from the fresh milk in the fridge to free parking, fluffy towels and a proper hairdryer. Breakfast is cooked to order and delicious. Thanks for a brilliant couple of days.

Sammy is great host, very friendly and breakfast was very tasty. The room really was with a great view, overlooking the bridge and river. Really enjoyed sitting in window aisle and looking as the dusk falls and city lights turn on, illuminating the river and yachts. Although the guest house is located in center of city, it was very calm throughout the night. And no noise from neighbors also. A cosy place where to get much needed rest.

The location is wonderful, and the restaurant and bar with large windows overlooking the harbour are a nice place where to rest, have a meal or just a coffee. We loved our winter week-end there, the atmosphere was warm and festive. We also had a dinner at the restaurant and I recommend it.

The location is amazing. Beautiful views of the River. Close to the town but quiet and peaceful. Our hosts were so lovely and welcoming and very helpful. Great communication. A full working kitchen and all the appliances we needed to make Christmas dinner. Dog friendly and lovely patio and paths for late night dog toilet times (loved the 'poo tin' 😂) parking close to the property. They even had a massage chair which my disabled mother absolutely loved. 100% would go back again.

The view is simply stunning, we were in Helford room which has a balcony and internal seating area with a wonderful view over the town, river and beach. We had breakfast and dinner (which we pre booked), both were delicious and highly recommended. Natascha and Richard are lovely hosts. There is allocated parking which is a massive bonus. I would definitely recommend a stay at The Watermark.

Amazing location overlooking the river. The attention to detail was spot on. Dave and Donna are amazing hosts ( leave 10 minutes extra to leave the hotel in case you bump into Dave and he starts chatting). We were a last minute booking so we had a room without a river view. To make up for it we were given a table for breakfast in the Bay window over lookinng the river. It was that attention to detail that sets this Guest house above most.
