Excellent location, Artemis was an excellent host, clean towels and sheets changed during the stay. The property was traditional and in the best location of the old town in my opinion lots of restaurants and wine bars next door, less than 5 min walk to the port area. The staff, and the beautiful restaurant downstairs! the woman that greeted me was so kind. In the morning when I woke up i noticed i dropped my phone in the water and i went downstairs to look for rice. They feed me first gave me rice and made me feel like i was apart of their family. Cretans are generally very friendly and welcoming, but the staff of Casa de Potie goes beyond that! Helpful, accomodating and super professional. The location couldn't be better, directly in the Heart of Chania old-town. We stayed in Casa 5 and enjoyed how quiet it was. The room was beyond clean, the bed really comfy and it had everything what we needed (even a lovely terrace)

Cleanliness was amazing, pool and its area is cleaned every morning, rooms as well. Property is 15 minutes from sea, so not too far and in quiet place. In apartaments you can find everything you need - from soap and towels to cotton pads and clothes-peg. Host also can give separate towels for use after swimming. The staff is very helpful, could help you to find place for different activities or just bring a cocktail to the pool. Modern and beautiful environment inside and outside apartaments.
