It's been our best stay on Kashmir trip! The views were stunning, staff members were more than welcoming and very helpful. We were also impressed with the food quality. Overall, it's been a wonderful experience.

The room was spotless and boasted breathtaking views. Moreover, he was always prompt in fulfilling any additional requests we had. As vegetarians, we requested dinner, and the meals were delicious and served in generous portions. We are extremely satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone.

The cottage has a good location, you can go for hiking or for dinner directly from there. As I love mountains and nature I was very happy there. The room was cosy, clean and tidy and the staff very helpful. Rizwan advised me where to go and what to see. I would definitely come back one day ☺️ Thank you again for the amazing time.

Used dirty towels provided. There was no provision of food not even a cup of tea. In my opinion booking.com should not include this hotel in their list otherwise it may affect your long standing goodwill with customers. In my opinion Fiza Guest House in Pahalgam is a absolute no no for tourists.
