Francesca was wonderful. She made us coffee and made sure our room was ready and showed us everywhere to go on the map. The location is lovely and it was the only hotel we stayed at that we could sit outside with coffee in the morning.

The building doesn't have an elevator, which is to be expected in the heart of the old town of Genoa, a UNESCO-protected site. That's why Gabriel was there to help us with the luggage and guide us through all the details. The apartment is modernly equipped and supplied with everything we needed, right in the heart of the old town. Exceptionally clean and comfortable.
