They have a doorman there 27/7, it's an easy walk to the beach, Ubers are around to take you for dinner, or there's a supermarket very close by where you can stock up on food and the chef will come and make anything you like for you! You can also get massages there and laundry. It's perfect.

From the food, dinner locations, the breakfast, lunch and dinner set ups were just on point. The food was just awesome, no words can explain it. The Soups 10/10, the main meal as well....... The swimming pool is also very nice to spend time with the family. Lucia had arranged a taxi to pick us at Mombasa airport and a delicious dinner -Swahili prawns- was ready when we arrived. Nice selection of local crafts at reasonnable price in the small boutique. Thanks for everything, we loved our stay!

The room was spacious and comfortable and everything worked well (wifi, AC, plugs, hot water…). The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They recommended nice tours and booked taxis for us. The included breakfast was delicious and they have a limited menu of food for lunch/dinner. From the beginning to the end of our stay, the staff have been welcoming and kind to both my wife and I. I really can't think of a better place we could have spent our 28th wedding anniversary, shout out to the restaurant staff, the concierge Fatma and Sisi, as well as Alex the resident tailor. See you all soon, we are already planning to bring our daughters and extended family (all over 18) to discover this wonderful hotel.
