The room was great. Should have more lighting though. The breakfast was fantastic. The pool was ok for a plunge but not great for proper swimming. The gym is fine. Hotel dining closed early so could not get dinner the night when I arrived and had to sleep hungry. Overall a very good experience. The architecture was fantastic. Very good looking hotel.

The location of the property suited my needs. Staff courteous and the room was comfortable. I went up to the rooftop to visit and found the view to be breath taking. I will stay at the Cinnamon Red on my up coming visits and use the rooftop in the evening.

We were in a ocean view family room which was very spacious. Great view from the room and roof top bar, sun set view was spectacular. Friendly staff. Food was really nice. We had dinner and breakfast here. Everything was good starting with the welcome drink.

The hotel is beautiful, the roof is stunning and makes you feel like you can really escape the heat and busyness of the city. The gym is fantastic and well kept. The buffet was also fantastic, we had breakfast included but went for dinner a couple of times too - great variety.

The hotel was decorated beautifully. Our favourite was the rooftop Infiniti pool/bar. The views were insane and it had such a nice feeling up there. The staff were so friendly and chatty. The bar food was amazing, we had most of our dinners there instead of the main restaurant.

It was an absolutely beautiful property with absolutely amazing value for money. The food was the most excellent buffet for both breakfast and dinner. Right on the beach, although you can’t actually enter the water. The sunset was spectacular as well. Service was extremely hospitable and appreciated and we will definitely be coming back.

Cinnamon Red were able to accommodate me very last minute after my initial accommodation didn’t work out. It is very clean and well presented, and all of the staff were very kind after I had a very stressful incident in the city.

The family who own the guesthouse are really nice and welcoming, they helped me figure out how to get to places I wanted to go and made sure I felt welcome at the guest house. It was also really nice to chat to them. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathrooms were clean. I was only there for one night but my stay was very pleasant.

Staff were friendly and there was a 24hour reception! The check-in process was smooth. The manager Sindujan was exceptional at making us feel welcomed and cared for - he was more than willing to share recommendations and was also communicative over whatsapp. The hotel was clean, although dated/ rustic. The room we got was really spacious and it was pretty quiet (it faced the inner courtyard) considering that the hotel was along a busy main street and near the railway station. It was really good value for money!
