I was also very grateful for the water filter in the kitchen and being able to cook. The location was great with a nice mini market right on the corner! I felt very welcome and came back several times after my trips to the jungle. The staff was kind and helpful, and I could store my luggage while I was gone. The internet connection was great! It was like a big family of locals and travellers, you have privacy in your room but you always find someone to talk with in the garden or in the living room. Nice breakfast, Gabi, the owner is a cool and helpful lady. :) The whole house feels like home. Beautiful memory for me, I hope I will return there one day. It's better to stay in the suburb of Iquitos, because the downtown is very noisy in the night.BettinaSolo traveller
