Very CLEAN rooms! We was lived on second floor & it was just perfect! Location is great: 1 minute from the beach Sai Kaew & 1 minute from 7/11 👍🏾 Inside rooms 100% clean, they offer cleaning every day (!), every day change towels & bed sheets, every day room service bring drinking water, inside room they put kettle, tea, coffee & sugar, inside shower hair dryer, soap & toilet paper. Living here was very comfort! & mattress was super perfect for sleep!👏🏾 It feels that owner of the hotel really take care about his guests ❤️ P.S. choose living with breakfast, you will never regret about this. Cause they make unbelievably nice breakfast with tables on the sea side! I was enjoying so much!

Miss Tim House offers a comfortable accommodation located in Ko Samed. Free Wi-Fi access is available in the rooms. The property is 500 metre from International Clinic, Ko Samed and 300 metre from Had Sai Kaew Beach.

Walking distance from the pier. Basic but adequate room, with a practical set up. Self check in that was easy to understand. They came to collect the payment in the afternoon so I didn't have to pay in advance. Superb WiFi. Table and chairs outside the room. Water bottles are delivered outside your room daily. It's a budget room though, so you flush the toilet with the bucket, but there IS a hot shower, a kettle and a fridge, and the room is clean enough, kind of a thing.

Brilliant location. Still near the main area, but away from the business of the central beach. Fantastic breakfast, good selection of western food and tropical fruits. Budget room was a great size and good value for money. Snorkel gear available to borrow is a must! The water is beautiful and teaming with sealife. Restaurant offers a great selection of foods for dinner and nice cocktails.

This is by far the nicest resort in Ao Vongduen. The resort is pristine and sits on its own peninsula. The rooms all offer outside sitting areas with ocean view. The staff was polite and very helpful. You can walk along the beach to all of the other restaurants, bars, and resorts in this cove. Breakfast was good, with eggs cooked to order, and a nice selection of Asian or western food. Very nice coffee machine that makes, Americans, latte, cappuccino, or mocha. Our dinner was fantastic, and the beachside setting is beautiful.

Minnie and Mark have created a very special and welcoming place. We loved the peaceful beach and outlook, especially to wake up to and at the end of the day. This is a quiet side of the island but the port, main town and variety of other beaches are easily reached by moped (taxi or foot!). We will definitely return before long!

We had a wonderful stay; the gardens, rooms and main areas were well maintained and spotless. We dined every lunch and dinner in the resort restaurants and the selection and quality of the Thai food was great.

A great resort for families and mature guests looking for something laidback, rustic and clean. Its not 5 star but nor is it too hippie. You can walk along the headland to the busier resorts too.

Breakfast was really good. It's location is near the beach and easily reach to enjoy sunrise, sea view and swimming there. The food of the restaurant is also good and price is fair. We have had dinner there with the sea view.
