Set in Phitsanulok, 1.2 km from Wat Phra Si Rattana Mahathat, Tonwai Modern Place offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a shared lounge. Among the facilities at this property are room service and a 24-hour front desk, along with free WiFi throughout the property. Rooms are fitted with a balcony.

At the inn every room includes air conditioning, a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, bed linen, towels and a terrace with a city view. The units will provide guests with a fridge.

Very clean and tidy with plenty of space, the room had a full length mirror, a large fridge, comfortable bed. Bathroom was clean also. Towels and water available which was great. Small balcony with a decent view, this was nice. For the price it was amazing. The staff were very friendly with a 24hr desk service so we were able to check out at 4am to catch our train. It was in a quiet location away from any main roads which was nice, only a short walk to the centre. 7/11 next door. 4th floor wasn’t a problem, even with no lift. Laundry services were available although we didn’t need it.

Beautiful old wooden villa restored with love and adapted to modern standards without hurting the general historic aspect. Friendly service and excellent breakfast. Even though it was very hot, we could stroll through the historic park, cross the river and reach a few good restaurants for dinner.

Pool is big enough. However it is open to outside guess for swimming lessons for kids and it can get really crowded. The room is big and spacious with bedrooms on the second floor. Downside is there are a lot of mosquitoes in the room, feel sad for the kids because they cannot sleep well and wake up with lots of mosquito bites. Decent variety of food for breakfast. The kids ordered Fish and Chip for dinner and the said is it delicious. Front office staff was very helpful.

This hotel is in a beautifully restored building. It is stunning and so comfortable! It was a short walk to the historical site and museum. What made our stay there so special was the manager “Bee”. She was so helpful. She organized dinner for us and took care of all our transportation needs. I can’t say enough about this little hotel. our stay was fabulous.
