Cannot flaw them, they were fantastic and our room was lovely! Breakfast was great, access to coin laundry in the hotel (washing powder provided), free coffee machine and ice cream, a book nook and areas to sit and relax. We accidentally left a few belongings and they have been really helpful to get them back to us.

Really awesome location. The train station and a couple of night market right at your door steps. We booked 2 rooms, one basic and one slightly better. We think the basic one was better due to the layout and view.

The room condition is very good, from the bed, the smell, toilet facilities, room facilities. Nothing to complain then. The interior design is very unique and industrial. The facilities is good quality and modern. The bed and sofa is very comfy. The room view is over the city. The location is 5 min walk to main station, but this area is not dining or shopping area, however, it is very convenient to move around the city. The room is bigger and more beautiful but cheaper than our room in Taipei. The value of money is the best. The staff is also very friendly. They have free-of-charge laundry and dryer machine on B1 floor. I definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

The frontdesk staff has been very helpful and is always available to assist. The location is also super central. Rooms are well maintained, cleaned during your stay and actually soundproofed which is definitely not a given in Taiwan. During our 4 week trip across Taiwan, this was the stay we were most overwhelmed by in terms of bang for you buck. We would highly recommend anyone to stay here.
