The staff was very friendly and was able to accommodate an early check in for us so that we could make the funeral service we were in town for. The roof top bar is the MOST amazing feature! Don't miss it. Love the added bonus of a shuttle to take us and pick us up from dinner. Just prepare yourself, this is a historic hotel. It has been updated but some reviews don't seem to take that into consideration.
