Everything was great. The hotel had a great location near Main Street and the creek. The staff was exceptionally friendly. They welcomed us every time they saw us. They had a nice fire in courtyard for the 1st night. On the 2nd night, I asked the staff to start the fire. They had the fire going in a matter of minutes. Loved how friendly the staff was during our visit.

Great banana nut muffins, yogurt, sausage patties, cinnamon toast, and orange juice. The scrambled eggs were ok, along with the pastry. Coffee was weak to us, but we’re coffee snobs. Room was clean and we never ran out of TP or soap.

The room was incredibly comfortable and I love the little interior design touches to the room. The surrounding landscape is just absolutely beautiful and i like that we have easy access to the resort and the large outdoor fire pit areas. The staff were super friendly and accomodating. We forgot to order drinks for dinner from La Cascada restaurant so when we ordered it at dinner time, they even put the chocolate bars we got from the La Tienda on the house due to the wait!

They were able to take the candles and rose petals I brought and spread the over the room while we were at dinner. He was so surprised when we walked into the room. Thank you very much for making our stay extra wonderful.

The room was clean, and the bedding and bed were great as I slept well under the lightly weighted comforter. There were some areas in the facility that needed attention: ashtray near Lobby elevator, conference room on first floor. However, there was great cleanliness in the breakfast area with staff on top of cleaning tables as soon as guests left, and keeping food items available following COVID protocols. Overall, a great value for a good, clean place to stay.
