We randomly stopped by Coeur d'Alene on our crossing-country road trip and stayed in the Greenbriar Inn. It turned out to be a wonderful experience. The location was perfect with lots of restaurants nearby. The Inn itself was a historical building with vintage setting inside which we admired. Although the room was on small side, it had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The breakfast served in their partner restaurant, named"Rustic", was so delicious, it probably was the best breakfast we have had on our entire journey.

The couple who run the place are inviting, accommodating and knowledgeable of the area they live in if you don't know your way around. We enjoyed having our own private hot tub in our suite. Even before we arrived we received multiple communications about our room and our stay. It made things simple once we arrived. We loved our stay. Not only was our room clean and comfortable, but it is within walking distance to downtown Coeur d’Alene. We were able to walk to downtown for dinner and drinks, and wander around time for a bit without having to worry about parking!
