I used my cellphone for GPS for directions to the address, therefore I was unable to realize that an email was sent. The email required a 15 minutes contact between the host and us. I did not read the email fully after driving 11 hours to the location, all we wanted to do is relax before heading to dinner. However, the alarm we set off and a Polk County Deputy was at the door before realizing anything Beds are comfortable. I go there at 2.00 a.m. and nobody read the note and I had no room. In the beginning, the front desk was on the negative side and told me that if I made the arrangements thru Booking I had to contact Booking. Long story short I end sleeping on a sofa in the lobby until 5.30 a.m. As soon as the manager got their everything changed. he found me a room to sleep and even more he changes the bed itself for me to have a short nap. The guy knows service!!!

The dining area was immaculate and a staff member was continuously cleaning as diners left their tables. The food was simple but tasty. I really enjoyed the egg white veggie omlet and the cinnamon roll was delicious. Their coffe was also above standard.

The quality was horrible, it was not clean, only 2 t.v.’s worked, the rooms had an odor, the mattresses on the bed felt like sleeping on cement, the bathrooms were nasty, and the house was NOTHING like the pictures. The rooms didn’t even have all the beds shown in the pictures. One of the beds were ALREADY broken I let the owner know and he could care less! They even had bedbugs!
