Salt Life( restaurant ) is just a block away and really fun. The bathrooms have older tubs but everything was very clean. The free breakfast was wonderful. The area around the Residence Inn was absolutely beautiful; you don’t have to drive anywhere, you can basically walk all up and down going to and from the beach, restaurants, and shopping center. I will definitely be staying there again the next time I’m in Amelia Island!

The owner was in contact with us from beginning to end and answered all our questions. Netflix, Disney, and other streaming services were already set up for the kids to enjoy during the downtime. The location is almost perfect. It's right across from the beach and provides a great view of the ocean. We loved the quick access to and from the beach. The external shower was great to get the kids cleaned up before entering the house. We had a great time and built wonderful memories!

Air was not working properly and check in. Front desk got maintenance to check it.They replaced the unit while my family and I went to dinner. Returned to a nice Artic chilled room. Loooooved it !!!!!
