It was small and cozy. The bed and linens were comfortable and clean. The claw foot tub was very relaxing. We spent sometime in the parlor downstairs doing some work. Innkeepers Lowell and Jenny were exceptional hosts, and made us feel very welcome and at home. The rooms were larger than expected for an old hotel. Our room was upstairs, and there was a nice sitting room on the 2nd floor with a lounge area, games, and a Kerig coffee maker. A grab-and-go breakfast was available in the morning (a great option for those on the go) but they welcomed us to stay and eat in the restaurant/bar.

The hostess was very gracious and accommodating. We stayed in the same room both times. We arrived later than usual but it was not a problem. Wish we could have been there longer to take advantage of the rest of the mansion such as the happy hour and tea. The fire in the living room was very inviting and cozy.
