Well the stay was kool but my room only had one wash rag told the front desk bout it I but i just went and bought a few of my own and the breakfast never got any of it wasn't even 10:00 want down there and nothing and I payed for it not even the waffle make was available

The over powering smell of urine, the walls looked sticky, the carpet hasn’t been cleaned for years, dirty sheets, people sleeping in the hallways. A real nightmare. We left as soon as we got our keys. Thankfully sleep inn RIGHT NEXT DOOR had rooms available. Quick check in, clean rooms cmon clarion if you can’t keep up then shut it down stop wasting peoples time and money

Rooms were clean, but would suggest the hotel use Scotts toilet paper so that it would not clog the toilet. Besides the toilet issue which was fixed by maintenance during my stay. Each time I passed front desk going out and coming in she spoke. She was the only one to do this. After we ordered the staff even delivered the food to our room which was great especially after our long drive there. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very nice. When we got to the hotel the gentleman working the front desk was very polite and accommodating to our needs.

Also they let us check in 2 hours early when the room was done and it's literally 4 minutes from Carowinds and also a Christmas story dinner show.
