Nice, clean and Cozy Room. Had a rustic cabin feel with the wood in the room. Loved the rocking chairs by the front creek. The staff was very nice and full-filled out needs. Nice fire place type heating, and A/C and heater combo. We had to use both with the temperature change during our visit. Great Place to stay.

The location is perfect. We were there for spring break and could walk to the strip and dinner. We watched as most people sat in traffic. When we did drive (never downtown) the location was perfect because it routed us away from traffic. Do not bother driving in downtown it is an easy walk from the hotel.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Great view of the river from our balcony. They have three nice pools. One with a cafe which was nice. The cafe serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and lots of beverages to choose from. We did have walk across the parking lot to get to the pool. It's a little longer from center of town where we usually stay. I would definitely stay again.

The location is perfect for the full Gatlinburg experience. You are within walking distance of everything centrally located on the main Gatlinburg strip. This is very convenient considering parking costs $20 at most of publically available lots. The Inn opened in 1937, it has been modernized but basically looks like it has been around forever. Some people prefer sleek and modern if that is you, you probably should stay somewhere else. My wife and I loved it and will be back again next year.

Loved the location, fast check inn, friendly staff at front desk and house keeping, the clean room and comfortable bed, the balcony over looking the river, overall value for the money. Better than the Hilton Garden Inn as far as value for money.i know because we stayed there as well. Cute heated indoor, outdoor swimming pool, 2 hot tubs, Buffet Breakfast is good. Plenty to choose from. Add it to your room cost, it is worth the few extra dollars on the booking cost if you don't want to eat out every morning and cheaper to say the least.😉
