From check in, the girls were very willing to listen to our needs and get us in the best room for our family. We were in town for a wedding with three small children and the staff treated us like family. The room was immaculate for the price, you can’t beat it. Also the speedway that is right behind the Inn makes it very convenient for anything u may need!!! Did I mention the owners are fantastic!!JohnYoung couple

My room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. I appreciated the friendliness of the staff in helping me find a place to eat as it was late when I arrived. This location was perfect en route to Shanksville and then onward to Philly. I can see why many customers return to the Mountainview.

Run as though it was a family inn and not an uncomfortable chain run corporate cookie cutter box, which is it's strongest feature! If you are planning to stay in Latrobe-Greensburg area this is the place to stay.

I visit family in the area at least once or twice a year. The hotel is conveniently located near the LBE airport and offers great value for the price. The guest rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean. The breakfast bar and drinks area adjacent to the lobby is always a welcome bonus. Although the food is not gourmet by any means, it is more than adequate. Coffee is good and available around the clock. The motel is undergoing renovations but the room was nice, clean and comfortable. There is no doubt you are going to a Motor Inn from the 1950-60 era but honestly that is part of the charm.
