The hotel is lovely and cozy. Great and welcoming staff. We enjoyed sitting in the cozy lobby drinking coffee and just relaxing after a day of walking in Nashville. Nice breakfast. The staff enabled me to wash our laundry in the hotel personal facilities. The hotel is in a lovely neighborhood- quiet with small streets and lovely coffee shops. I highly recommend this place!

Well located. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. We missed the breakfast provided at hotel, so Cracker Barrel became our go to, just steps away. The shuttle service was the best for $10 return trip per person.

The restaurant where we had breakfast was a nice treat, and the staff in there was phenomenal and very attentive. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful with my charges to the correct card and my room key was deactivated due to the young lady making an error and she had to call my phone to advise she did not take a payment on my card and I was unable to get into my room when returned from dinner. The other front desk person provided breakfast coupons due to the inconvenience.

Everything was so nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was hot and fresh...sausage,eggs, waffles,biscuits with white gravy....was all i could hold...LOL will surely stay here again when in town. We were very pleased at this hotel and i am sure you will agree. Please try the Alexis Inn and Suites...you will not be disappointed. Oh, and the parking was well lit and safe.
