We both loved the hot breakfast. We went on both days. I was so impressed, I left a tip in the room for housekeeping. I will gladly stay there again.

Definitely the beauty of the place and the service. Why go to New England to stay in a typical hotel room when you can stay at a historic mansion impeccably maintained? One night we got back very late and wanted some coffee. The manager personally took care of us and a waitress got us a delicious espresso and a latte. At no charge!!! That I call great hospitality.

I mean the room looked like from museum except for it was my room. The hotel is since 1776. I was super happy I chose it. One of a life time experience for me!
