The best option I chose in Seattle, very close to the airport, very fast shuttle to the airport from the hotel, the girl who works at front desk and who drives the car was very kind and helpful and helped me when I had a problem with my flight. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, I really loved it. You can stay there happy and satisfied, perfect location.

Employees were awesome and jumped through hoops so I could get checked in with my temp id after the worse week ever and getting my purse stolen most hotels wouldn't work with me but red lion did. New management has made great changes to this place and I'll definitely be back

Super nice shuttle drivers both at pick up and ride the following morning back to the airport. I feel compelled to give an extra shout out and praise for Jim, one of the front desk staff. I have worked in tourism and hospitality since I was 12 years old on an island in the PNW, and have been an innkeeper at my own lodging for 20 years. I was thoroughly impressed with his hospitality and great attitude and ability to be calm and kind with a lot going on!

Staff is very unhelpful and forget it if you leave anything in your guest room. The hotel does not have a person who handles left items. They farm it out to a third party company IF the staff even turns it in. Left a valuable ring in guest room and absolutely no help from anyone on staff. The hotel shuttle was on time from the airport and also took us to a local restaurant for dinner. The free breakfast was a plus for the reasonably priced room. Our room had a newly remodeled bathroom, the bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and made a wonderful suggestion for our dinner plans.

Our room, king bed with sleeper sofa offered a fridge and microwave which was an added bonus. We had to scramble to find a hotel last minute when our flight was cancelled due to weather. We always have a great experience with Hampton Inn. Breakfast offered lots of variety and the airport shuttle even dropped us at the light rail station so we could explore Seattle after checking out.
