Breakfast was very disappointing. For the price that we paid to stay there, I was expecting a nicer breakfast. The pancakes were cold. A continental breakfast at a hotel far exceeded what we received.

Everything - super quiet, good sized fridge, came with a microwave and coffee maker (which also have not water for tea). The room seemed to have been recently updated and the bed was huge. We couldn't figure out why their rating wasn't higher.

The room was a little dated, but nice and clean. Bed and linens very comfy and plenty of towels already in the room. Breakfast options each day included one special, choice of bacon/sausage, eggs, granola / yogurt/ fruit, various toasts. Frig with beer, hard seltzers, and soft drinks always available and room frig was stocked with water. The innkeepers were great.

Our request for four bath towels each day was met; being outside all day (not at the beach), at the end of the day we needed a good shower to get clean. We enjoyed waking up to the sun rising over the golf course and the very short walk to the Venice Restaurant for drinks and dinner.

The location is perfect. Directly across from the beach and they give you a beach pass to use their private beach. Close to bars and restaurants. The property is truly beautiful and kept clean and neat in every corner of the facility. as for the location, it is a wonderful place to stay and use as a home base to tour the area before moving on to Providence.

The best part was the food we had at their restaurant! They were so top chef that we felt no urge to go elsewhere.
