Giant room with the balcony and the gorgeous view. The restaurant serves delicious food, we had dinner there 3 nights in a row, room service was also quick and without additional price. Spa is working fine. There was a sea lion resting just at the shore in front of the hotel and there is a very pleasant walk on the bottom of the hotel.

The Male staff member spoke English well and gave good tips about what to do and see in the area. The dorm room was clean and spacious. Mattresses weren't amazing, but they were ok. I only stayed there my final night in Punta del Este but I wish I had have stayed there from the beginning. It was far better than the hostel I stayed at first.

Decent dinner (the rack of lamb is perfection) and hearty breakfast are a bonus. The staff try their best. Definitely the most eccentric, magical place to stay in Punta del Este, if not the whole of South America.

They had made us some torta frita and allowed us to make some tea. The location is perfect and the rooms are cleaned regularly.
