The dinner in the restaurant was fantastic

Once you arrive my train, you hop onto the funicular which is a two minute ride down the slope and hotel is just at the end of the funicular! Very convenient. Staff were all very helpful with directions, helped to make dinner reservations for us and gave us two bars of chocolates upon check in. Had a studio kitchenette room for four. Pretty comfortable.

- we loved our rooms, very spacious - we got a free room upgrade (we had 3 rooms) - super friendly staff! Very helpful. - breakfast was nice - housekeeping cleaned the rooms twice a day with turndown service which we loved!! - there was always a gift in the room, like chocolate, cake, fruits, etc.. - very thoughtful management - rooms had huge balconies in the suits. - we enjoyed the new year’s eve dinner, the kitchen was very accommodating of our needs and requests.

Well located, in the middle of the city center, the people of the front desk very helpful, the amazing breakfast and the flamel restaurant where you can have lunch, dinner.

The family run feeling as soon as you walk through the door and continues throughout your stay. The room and views were outstanding. Access to the little private beach - such a quiet piece of paradise. Sitting on the terrace for drinks and dinner.

Absolutely beautiful! Indeed a bijoux! Loved the location in a very quiet and peaceful place. We didn't know before we booked but it is right at the beginning of the famous walk path between Castagnola and Gandria, which takes about 45 minutes one way. The host, Bernhard, was very pleasant, give us all the information we needed and responded to our questions almost immediately. Thank you 🥰

The location right on the lakeside in the middle of the village is superb and the view of the lake from our room was exceptional and made it well worth the many sets of steps to climb. The room, although not luxurious, was clean and comfortable. We liked all the original local artworks throughout the hotel. Dinner in the restaurant was very good.

A beautiful property. Well maintained and comfortable. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Dinner and breakfast has plenty of variety. The view was beyond compare.

Everything beginning from the staff and reception all the way to the room and the property was just amazing also location is perfect 2 bus stops to the city center and of course I don’t to forget how the guest relation Barbara helped us a lot with everting things public transportation tickets, tour guid and last provide us with umbrellas as it was rainy upon our arrival amazing thank you so much.
