Situation is perfect. The dinner in the restaurant was a positive surprise. The breakfast was excellent, no comparison to anything in nearby.

The room is very big, clean, and has nice view of the city, good location, we got two shower rooms but no bathtub. There is a children bed in the room. We had dinner in the restaurant, the food was average but the waiter was very nice and friendly. Each house has an underground passage to reach another house. Very convenient. The staff at the pool reception were so friendly and patient!

This is my second time staying in this beautiful hotel in Karlovy Vary. The hotel is very well located, I could walk everywhere I wanted to go, and infant of the Kolonade and there are lots of amazing places; and one of the reason that I choose this place is friendly staff; Lucy is one of my favourite hotel staff that always ready to help and to give the right information regarding Karlovy Vary, hotel, treatment; served breakfast and dinners which anyone can enjoy; the room was clean and comfortable.

The apartment is well locate, well furnished, spacious, more or less bright. The place has the minimum kitchen equipment which is handy to cook at home, eat breakfast and dinner.

The hotel is really one of the best in Karlovy Vary. Magnificent rooms, Varied and very tasty breakfasts and dinners. The hotel is very clean and cozy. Excellent service at the SPA. But special thanks are due to two beautiful receptionists Natalia and Violetta. Professional and very attentive, they solve any problem and make your vacation even more excellent. Thank them very much. I will be happy to recommend this hotel to all my friends.

Great staff, very welcome and helpful. Beautiful villa, with nice and super cozy rooms. Simple but clean and relaxing saunas and pool. Breakfast and dinners were rich and delicious. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The villa is located near the park and the city center, not far from the bus station. Totally recommend visiting.

The breakfast and dinner buffet is very varied and well organized, the rooms are spacious and clean. The common areas are nice and all the staff who attended us were very friendly.

Dinner and Breakfast were excellent. Both the woman at the front desk and the and the dinner host were fabulous. Recommend the stay there especially as what I consider the more historic area of town.
