The room was surprisingly cozy given its location in a large chateau. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location and views are truly unique. Breakfast in the castle tavern was tasty and had nice variety. We didn't try the spa facilities, but they were available with advance notice, and the organized tour of the chateau was informative. Lots of cycling and hiking options nearby.

We liked the location as it was close to a farm where we went. Free parking. Next to the Black Sheep restaurant which is lovely. The hotel restaurant was also nice with great food for dinner that we ordered. The reception staff was super nice.

This is what my husband wrote about his overnight stay: "The Pension Český Dvůr is a very pleasant place to stay. The accommodation was simple - but comfortable (I slept very well) and with everything that might be required provided. There is an associated pub/restaurant (where you pick up your room key) and the staff were both friendly and helpful (particularly as I am not fluent in Czech). The food in the restaurant was very good indeed and the pricing was exceptionally competitive."
