(They let me use the kitchen so I could cook diabetic friendly suppers and use the fridge.

At Balcones del Paraíso the rooms are equipped with bed linen and towels. Staff were so friendly and helpful. When our rental car from airport was canceled last minute they helped arrange all of our transportation. They also booked our waterfall tour for a wonderful price. Breakfast was delicious. Beautiful views from the property.

The guest house is beautiful. You have a lovely view over the river. It's a bit out of Baños (about 20-25min walk) but because of that, you have a super quiet place. Johan is amazing and very helpful with everything, arranging trips if you want. And don't get me started about the breakfast: amazing! Beds are good, warm shower, towels, soap, everything is there.

The location is wonderful with a beautiful view, and a very nice garden. There is also a restaurant on site that provides dinners (pre booked) and breakfast. The owners are very kind.

Hacienda Guamag is set in a calm and beautiful place that has no road access and can be reached by tarabita. by crossing the gorge with a beautiful view over the waterfall you leave hassle behind and enter beautiful place run by a super host Marcelo and his family. We traveled with two kids and they loved everything about the place - tarabita ride, trout pond to fish own dinner, swing under the tree. The room was also very nice with two big comfortable beds. excellent stay! highly recommended.

Really lovely rooms and bathroom. Hot shower! Included breakfast of eggs, pastry, fruit, juice and coffee. Beautiful view over town all the way to the waterfall from our room. Lovely staff! We could use the kitchen to cook dinner. Very close to the thermal baths.

Everything! Great location, large and comfortable room, the colorful decoration and helpful staff. Got a great massage in house and laundry service. The breakfast was fantastic and dinner was wonderful, too. It was really quiet at night despite the central location. Great value for money.

We needed a very late (1 am) checkin arriving by bus, vacating a defect AirBnB house. So Meraki saved us. Staff really friendly and breakfast was nice Good beds with clean linnen and warm comforters.

Good location near town but away from the noise, good restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Excellent staff, gave us suggestions for hikes and driver to take us to our next destination. Courtyard is beautiful. Good value. We would definitely recommend.
