An inn on the Scottish Borders where I used to live for about 10 years. It was amazing... During the trip I wrote to them that I would be late...the answer was right away asking if they could leave me something to eat... When I arrived, they were waiting for me and some other guests. I felt like I had entered someone's home. Room clean, quiet pleasant, absolutely worth the price. I heartily recommend it to everyone. For those who want peace and meeting other people... Comfortable room with good shower.

Surrounded by scenic countryside, The Horseshoe Inn is just 10 minutes’ drive from Peebles centre. Historical Edinburgh can be reached in 30 minutes’ drive, and Dawyck Gardens are a 20-minute drive away. Really comfortable cosy bed. Food excellent, staff all amazing & very friendly & helpful.
