Breakfast, lunch and dinner were various and with a high quality of ingredients.
Great place to stay! Very well maintained camp and eco friendly, I enjoy my stay at the camp. The staff were very welcoming and Magdy was always helpful and arranged a last minute game drive. The dinner and the packed breakfast/lunch was very good. The accommodation was very clean, hot shower and very quite at night. Nice place to stay to start your journey at Masai Mara.
- Location inside conservatory makes it easy to spot and get close to ALL the animals during game drives - Our driver Erick was the best! - Incredibly friendly and accommodating team (Caleb, Erick, George, Rotiken!) - Amazing food for breakfast, lunch and dinner - this really adds to the experience - Beautiful, luxurious and clean rooms (you can hear the animals at night) - Incredible massages by Lenet! - The activities offered (balloon ride, walking safari's, village visit)
The staff is friendly, specially the guys at the bar and during dinner time. The hotel is mainly for mass tourism, so dont expect to be treated like someone special, food is average and location is out of the park but nor too far.
Julia's Camp is wellsituated on one of the two rivers in the Masai Mara. It is a rustic camp but the service and the food were good.
Great location close the park gate with very good breakfast and dinner. the staff really make this place providing a good atmosphere. view from the pool is great and a nice place to relax although a bit cold
I am not certain there are really plush camps in the Maasai Mara. But I am not certain other camps in Mara area that are better value for money than Talek Bush Camp. Breakfast, lunch and dinner included for a sub-$100-a-night price? That’s Talek Bush Camp. My tent was big; two double beds, private shower, and toilets. It is mighty safe too. Other than thieving baboons casing my tent all day, there’s nothing to worry about. There are Maasai guards watching over the camp day and night. And oh, there is electricity and Wi-Fi!
Best staff we have ever experienced. So welcoming and friendly, and were always looking for ways to improve our stay. Very accommodating and restaurant had a wide wonderful selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Tent was very clean and comfortable.
