Really enjoyed our stay here! Staff were fantastic and provided everything we needed (including the safari). The room was bigger and better than the photos. The food was delicious, dinners were a treat. The pool was a nice touch also and we got to see some beautiful fireflies while swimming at night. Highly recommend staying here.

Comfortable hotel with spacious rooms. Extremely sweet staff who made sure our stay was as pleasant as it could be. The staff prepared a cake for my son and decorated with balloons for his birthday, they were extremely nice to the kids and even offered them badminton rackets while we were having dinner, very welcoming indeed. The pictures on the website don’t do it justice, the rooms are actually clean and renovated. Recommended!

Beautiful place with wonderful and kind staff. The rooms were great, comfy beds, air conditioning and a welcome drink on arrival. The staff sorted a safari for us and we had a delicious Sri Lankan meal for dinner. Loved this place.

A green and beautifully run guest house where we really like to stay. The owners were some of the kindest people we met and went out of their way to give us advice and a smile! The owners talk to us very well. Dinner was perfect, very romantic and delicious buffet. We also booked a safari through them which we love, it was just the two of us in the jeep and we saw more elephants with a knowledgeable driver ( sujee ) .Definitely getting old. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality

Owners speak perfect english.dinner was perfect,very romantic setup and delicious buffet. We also booked a safari through them which we loved,we were the only two on the jeep with knowledgeable driver and we saw elephants with more animals .definitely we are come aging.. Beautiful, clean and well kept guest house. I was upgraded to an upstairs room that enjoyed a lovely jungle outlook, with comfy balcony complete with hammock and relaxing chairs. I loved the home cooking, great Sri Lankan dinner and lovely filling breakfast. wonderful friendly owners who organised everything for me including pick up / drop off, National park trip, dinner and breakfast. all made so easy and highly appreciated especially as a solo traveler

This is really an amazing Secret Escape in Udawalawe ! Very friendly and helpful owners with very clean rooms and a great breakfast. Downtown, but in the middle of the nature!😀 We had dinner at the guest house, too: "Mom" cooked for us a Rice&Curry dish with 6 different curries: banana, potato, Okra, Jackfruit... UNBELIEVABLY GOOD ! Thank you !!

The setting was lovely. We sat watching the chipmunks in the tree for ages. Our family room had two large double beds and a large bathroom. The family running the guest house were really kind and friendly. Our son played with their kids and watched tv with them. The food was outstanding. Both dinner and breakfast were up there with the best we’ve had on the whole trip. A very enjoyable stay.
